If you’ve been asked to complete an online induction from one of the organisations below, and you don’t have a link, Induct For Work cannot provide it. The link must come from your employer/site admin or the organisation requesting you to complete their site safety induction.





Why you can’t access it through Induct For Work
Induct For Work is a platform used by organisations to deliver their own inductions. If your induction is managed by another provider or organisation, we do not have access to their system, users or links.
For privacy and security, only the organisation that invited you can:
issue or resend the induction link
reset your login (if required)
confirm which induction you must complete
verify your completion status etc
Common reasons you can’t find your induction link
- Sent to a different email/mobile
- Went to spam/junk
- Different induction provider
- Link expired or replaced
- Details entered incorrectly

Only if the organisation requiring your induction uses Induct For Work and has invited you. If your induction is hosted by another provider, you’ll need to use the link and login details supplied by your employer or site admin.
Use the completion email/certificate or confirmation screen from the induction provider (take a screenshot if needed). If you don’t have that, contact your employer/site admin and ask them to confirm your completion in their system.
First, confirm you’re using the correct link for the correct provider. Then check caps lock, try “Forgot password” (if available), and try a different browser/device. If it still won’t work, contact the organisation that sent you the induction—only they can reset access or resend the correct link.
No. Induct For Work cannot access or manage inductions run by other organisations or platforms. Your employer/site admin must resend the external induction link.
